The arms of the newly installed archbishop of Hartford, Leonard Blair. He was formerly bishop of Toldeo, OH and before that an auxiliary bishop in Detroit. His personal arms are based on those of Detroit with a nice allusion to the name Leonard on the escutcheon in the center.
The arms of the See of Hartford employ an excellent example of canting arms for hart-ford.
These are very nice. The see arms of Hartford have always been among my favorites, and the personal arms are excellent as well.
