Lozengy Argent and Gules a Pile Argent

I have attempted to locate any blazon that reads "Lozengy Argent and Gules a Pile Argent" and haven’t met with success. Can anyone help me out?

Papworth’s Ordinary records "Lozengy arg. and gu." belonging to Fitzwilliam of Southhampton (pg 972).  Burke’s Armory has several variations and differencing charges under Fitzwilliam, but no "Pile" anywhere.  All that I can find.
