To treat myself on my birthday, I’ve scheduled a visit to the New England Historic Genealogy Society Archives to view the Gore Roll of Arms. My hope is to capture some more high res images to share with AHS.
I will have some free time in the city and would like to take the opportunity to view other things of heraldic/armorial interest. Anybody have any suggestions?

I was able to spend a lot more time with the roll than I had expected and was allowed complete access to browse freely. This enabled me to take high resolution photographs of every page. I will post them to my blog soon, but first a teaser:
