It’s in case the Czech Air Force ever has to deploy to the African veldt; the airplanes will blend in with the lions.
The Czech Air Force does not have F-16’s so because it is Orange with a lion I think it is a Dutch F-16, the cocardes of both air forces are very similar.
The roundel of the Royal Netherlands Air Force might be another indicator of whose plane it is.
