I took these a few weeks back while waiting in line with my daughter to ride a roller coaster. The ride in question is called "The Dragon" and it is located at "Adventureland" in Altoona, IA.
The plaques are somewhere on the order of 4’x3’ and line the interior wall of the ride’s station house which as you may have guessed, is made to look like a castle.
A very quick web search didn’t turn up any results for the real owners, but if anything, its worth posting these just for the sake of the plaques. Wouldn’t mind getting a hold of a few of those myself. The ride opened in 1991 and as far as I can remember these have always been there. They don’t appear to have been touched up and have weathered the years very well.
