My great, great grandfather was Stephen Jewett, IV; one of my kin let his Jewett automobile go to rot; it has massive engine pistons. The Jewett family claims association to (rather an ancestor’s) Crusade earned CoA’s.  Did the Jewett automobile display heraldry; if it did so, did they incorporate any elements from the Jewett arms? Here’s some info about the Paige-Jewett automobile, in case you haven’t seen it:

I don’t see any insignia, unfortunately, but from what I can tell any logo it might have had would probably refer more to Paige (the original owner) than Jewett.
