It’s downright scary some of the "facts" that get printed in stories about heraldry. Who knows where the writer got his "facts," especially about the College of Arms.

The article cites 12th level knights of the game Dungeons and Dragons as some type of valid reference for heraldry, this alone should alert anyone with heraldic knowledge that the article will likely be inaccurate.
