I’m curious…What references are your favorites and why.  I think this would be very useful for newbies attempting to separate the good information from the bad.  If I get enough responses I will compile the results into a new list.

We’ve been through this before.  It’s at the Basic Heraldic Bookshelf on the main part of the site.  Not actually a top ten, more of a top 25, but with comments to help folks sort the wheat from the chaff.  (But it shouldn’t be considered carved in stone; additions, either more books or more comments, are welcome).
