Azure a bend between the words Lux and Libertas argent.

Best wishes to all following the NCAA men’s basketball tournament.

It could be my monitor, but it looks more Bleu Celeste than Azure to me.

A quibble, but I think it’s correctly Azure all the same.  The use of "bleu celeste" in Anglophone heraldry is a very recent invention in heraldic time (Brooke-Little refers to its having been introduced "recently" in his 1970 edition of Boutell).  In my opinion, its introduction for specific use in aviation-related arms does not negate the age-old heraldic principle that red is red, blue is blue, green is green, and so on.  Light blue, royal blue, dark blue are all azure.

Still, there’s no confusing the crews from Oxford & Cambridge, or the sports teams from UCLA and Cal, even from so high in the bleachers that you can’t read their shirts.  If clear identification is one of the purposes of heraldry, the difference between dark & light blue seems to meet that goal.
