Very creative but, how do you blazon that bordure?

". . . a border nebuly argent."
I have seen similar ornate nebuly borders before - possibly, one of the London livery companies.

It’s nebuly, just a more ornate form than we’re accustomed to. But in this case, considering what it is supposed to signify, I think I would blazon it "smoky" (or, for people who can’t imagine non-Franglais blazonry, enfumé).

In Russian we interpret ‘nebuly’ as ‘oblachny’ (from Russian ‘oblako’ - ‘cloud’). So this border is nebuly.
I think the nebuly bordure is very clever; my compliments Mitya. :D
In relation to the bordure shown in the present post, the City of London Livery Company that Iain thought had a similiar bordure is the Worshipful Company of Mercers, although so saying their particular bordure is blazoned as ’ a bordure of clouds proper’, ie: more cloudlike than the heraldic ‘nebuly’. The bordure of the Stove-Makers and Chimney-Sweeps is in reality a fancy type of nebuly that is often used in English heraldry to denote clouds. The badge of Windsor Herald is a sunburst issuant from a bank of such clouds.

The ordinary chimney sweep usually results in a cloud of black soot :D
so I find a white nebuly a very proper advertisement of this company services.
