Found the Arms of USS Princeton (LPH-5)

Is that Tenne or a really poor Gules?

Probably orange (which I guess we can call Tenne if we must), for the colors of Princeton University, orange and black.

Interesting example of both good & bad aspects of a non-standard color.  The orange (tenne) contracts well with the black, but not at all well with the gold charges.  What is technically "legal" under the usually accepted tincture rule is not, in this case, "best practice."
