Very nice.  The dog’s head is particularly well done.

Mitya, first of all you should give a translation of the motto.

Second, is there a certain blazon of the symbol on top of the swords?

Smth like this, dear Dragan, thank you.

In fact it sounds like: In honour of family [and] glorifying God.

I’m not able to describe this star in correct terms of Anglo-French blasonry, sorry (and I’m not sure somebody here needs it Russian blazon - though I’ll be happy to provide it to everyone who is interested in it).

Once again, composition by Mitya Ivanov and artwork Michael Shelkovenko proves a prevailing attitude of excellence. Well done!

It’s not necessary to be an "official" blazon. I am more interested on the meaning of the description.

Nicely done!  Can anyone take a stab at blazoning the braced charges on the shield in English?

I would call it a lozenge voided concave and flory [at angles] Argent interlaced with a lozenge voided concave Or.
