As I have work in the 2nd Biennial at the Victoria College of Art I thought I might post the arms of Victoria.
The amusing thing about the arms of Victoria is that they use them on their civic flag, but get the colours of the shield reversed. The pile is supposed to be red on a blue field (to show the pensinsula jutting out into the blue ocean), but apparently they’ve polluted enough that the ocean’s turned red.

Is the flag officially of the reversed colours or has someone just screwed up (excluding the design of the flag itself from being a scew-up)?
