Does this, from a blazon I have seen, make any sense?  "... a triple tressure Or Argent Or flory of eight Argent…"

Shouldn’t this be ... a triple tressure flory of eight OrArgent Or ...  and shouldn’t the outside tressure be the same color as the attached flory?
