Is there a "correct blazon" for this?

I’m still working (though definitely at "back burner" priority levels :snail: ) on arms for my grandfather to adopt.  He had two criteria, and one was that I adopt something from the Manhattan Patch that he earned for his work during WWII.

My question is this:  TIOH describes the element of the patch I want to use as "a white interrogation mark, the lower portion of which terminates into a lightning flash".  Is there a better way to blazon this?

It’s just a white question mark, right?

It’s a white question mark whose tail is a lightning flash/bolt.  That’s the part that tripped me up.
