Thank you for posting the link. I looked at some of the 58 tables. They are an ordinary of arms sorted by ordinary and charge in the same genre of the better known Papworth’s. The style used in the illustrations makes me think of the Spener’s work as an earlier version of Rietstaps’ Armorial Général.
