i agree it is good that they like their heraldry joe. my only point is that if it is blazoned as osa then make it female and if oso make it male. the artist prob messed up. for me anyway that’s where the what’s the big deal lies.

Obviously the sculptor did not exaggerate the bear’s maleness. Maybe the offended persons should take some solace in this fact. As far as I can tell from this angle of view the bronze bear could be a she-bear or La Osa of heraldic history.
