What a beautiful roll of coats-of-arms of the new governors officers! Thank you Fr. Guy for taking the time and effort to create it.

Since everyone liked the last little roll of arms perhaps they’ll like this one tracing our Presidents… so far

The AHS has had more presidents than Egypt! :p

I’d like to extend my congratulations to all who fared well in the elections!

Sorry, I have been absent the last couple of days, but I made a trip to Chicago and only had sporadic internet access.  (Look for a post with some pics soon.)

Phil and I are obligated to grumble about hanging chads and campaign finance reform for the next couple of weeks, but it’s all in good fun.

Thanks for posting those rolls, Fr. Guy.  They are very nice.

WOW Father Guy, your arms by Alex are wonderful, he really is a great artist. I love the touch on the galero with the red inside band.  Really a great piece of work.  I see Alex’s work and I think what the heck am I doing trying to render arms, but then I use him as a goal to try and abtain his level, always falling short, but bettering myself in the attempt.

Brian, don’t sell yourself short. The emblazonment used here for my arms is your work and I simply love it.

Well, Brian, your work is very nice, I mean we all have to start somewhere. Da Vinci himself probably started with stick figures at one point….:D

And many of us have never progressed beyond that point.

True enough! For example, I don’t like my own artwork yet those who have come to me to emblazon their arms always seem satisfied. De gustibus…
