Well ..... it’s not really a "coat of arms" per se, but you might find it interesting. There’s a Jim Beam bottle for sale on e-bay @ $11.99 (s/h + $10.99) :
Let’s see- grain, grapes, a bottle, and a handshake.
It’s not heraldry, but I’d drink to it!
I’m ashamed to admit that I don’t recall whether the Jim Beam distillery is in Kentucky or Tennessee (unfortunately I’ve aged more than the whiskey); but if its KY then the pair of shaking hands is apparently alluding to a detail in the state seal.
Jim Beam is indeed a KY whiskey.
Beam owns a number of well known brands such as Courvoisier, Canadian Club, Laphroaig and Sauza. I could be wrong but I think the coat-of-arms on that bottle belongs to the late Johnny Cash.
Ah yes, David is right. And IIRC the motto was "Trust God—All Others Pay Cash"
I’ll drink to the whisky without the “E”

And I’ll drink either whiskey or whisky.

(but only one dram .... and even that would make me tipsy)
