In preparation for the elections beginning Thursday, I went through the Forum’s lists of "AHS Members" and downgraded all those who had not paid their dues as of 01-Jul-2008. Under the Society’s By-Laws, dues are in arrears as of March 31st, and members who are in arrears on the record date for the annual meeting (01-Jul-2008) are not eligible to vote.

If you think that you were erroneously downgraded, or you otherwise paid your dues and your title under your name does not read "AHS Member," please contact me immediately at secretary@americanheraldry.org and I’ll work with you to get this cleared up. Converes
