The first looks like the Order of the Seamless Tunic of Our Lord of the Bagrationi-Mukhrani dynasty of Georgia. The second looks like the device nenad designed for himself as the private herald to a cadet lone of teh Serbian Royal family.
Pardon my ignorance, is that an orarion that is depicted around your shield? Are orarions always blue and white with crosses? (As you can tell, I’m totally unfamiliar with the vestements in the Serbian Orthodox Church)
