Wow, that is really interesting.  looks random at first but there are definite patterns in there.

My head is spinning.  What a great design! Pretty sure that would be unique.

That’s stunning, really. I couldn’t move for a solid 60 seconds.

Despite the ‘busyness’ of your suggestion, Benjamin, it does appeal.

However, I would quibble slightly over the blazon.

A fret is usually interlaced. Unfortunately, your design has the saltire superimposed on the ‘voided square’.

If interlaced, the design would be even more busy.

Re representing ‘entoptic graphomania’ - I am not sure that this can be done heraldically and am not sure that I would like the result if it can be done. (However, the concept of randomness can be represented. There is a well known English example where the field is covered with fleur de lys scattered at random.)

Regards,

Iain Boyd

If one realy wants to represent entopic graphomania in a coat of arms, is there anything wrong with: Argent entopic graphomania Sable?

I suppose if there are no flaws on your stationery where you want the shield to go, that could pose a problem. wink
