( a little tongue in cheek)  Kathy,  I live on a little more then a 1/4 of an acre. The name of the small street (about 2 blocks long) is Empire (No Kidding).  My wife and I are the oldest on the street and have lived there longer then any other family. So could I be called David Schweitzer of the Empire?

I think it would be David Schweitzer of Empire (I don’t think you need the "the")
