Lord Lyon has been known to strike down the odd achievement of arms or two…One wonders if on each occasion tabards were worn and each turned up with a step ladder, hammer and chisel smile

Too bad we can’t send in Seal Team Six on a "prisoner snatch" training mission ... just to recover the defaced arms.

Boy, wouldn’t that be cool?  We could blame it all on Mossad.

I no longer have a copy of the laws governing the abolition and suppression of arms in early revolutionary France but they were quite extensive. If these laws can be found, they make for an interesting read.

 

Why should we be insulted, you did not deface the arms. Perhaps we Americans should be relieved that the arms were not used in some more fiendish manner such as the spot upon which heritics and apostates were beheaded or stoned.
