I’m trying to understand how comprehensive this roll of arms is. Would you say all arms from the NEHGS CoH Roll of Arms are on this list?

You have the book. Would you say they are? wink

All of them through the last published installment, but only if they actually belonged to people who were in the present USA before 1825. For a time, the NEHGS registered any European grant to an American, so there are a number of entries in the NEHGS roll for people who got retroactive ancestral grants or entirely new grants from the College of Lord Lyon. We also omit arms that were brought from Europe before the NEHGS’s cut-off date (1914, I think) but after ours (1825).

If any arms in the NEHGS roll that meet the criteria for the REAA are omitted, it was inadvertent and will be corrected.
