Hello everyone.I`m a former unpaid member(Vires Per Ego),but my current AHS member reincarnation,Gott Sei Mit Uns,is as Individual Paid-In-Full Member.

I`ve always been fascinated by medieval history, culture, artwork and armorial bearings/the art of English/European Heraldry.Over the past 12-15 months I have been adding various heraldry/medieval history books to my fledgeling Heraldic Reference Library.

Good to be back!

p.s. which is the appropriate forum to discuss matters of heraldic research materials(books, websites, dvds, etc.),"Heraldry 101",and the like?

Welcome back, William.

As to which forum, that really depends on the topic. Much historical stuff might wind up in "Foreign Heraldry" simply because it doesn’t have anything to do (specifically) with American heraldry. Other stuff might go in "Heraldic Laws and Customs" or under "General Discussion" in the members’ section. And of course if it’s in the wrong place, we can move it. smile
