I see some familiar names on their list of associates/advisors.
It doesn’t seem like they’re defrauding anyone but, I do see that they are being very liberal with the term "grant"
This is the first I have heard of the company, though it states that the company has existed for over forty years. Has anyone actually had dealings with them?
It’s a German company; this is the new U.S. branch.

It’s definitely a commercial enterprise (as the letter "mbH" at the end of the name signify—a non-commercial corporate body would have "eV" instead) but must be respectable. as it was one of the co-organizers of the 2010 International Congress for Genealogy and Heraldry in Stuttgart.
That would explain the company’s coat of arms more, having the black cross and eagle.
