Arms of Vitus Bering?

http://skeel.info/showmedia.php?mediaID=4911

Calling my Norwegian rusty would indicate I actually have some knowledge of the language. However, with Google Translator as my guide I believe the blazon is something like:

Arms: Or, issuing from a mountain Vert, a demi mountainman Proper, clad Sable, holding a laurel wreath Vert.

Crest: From a crowned helm, two iron-clad arms Proper, holding a laurel wreath Vert.

I saw this, but unfortunately it’s the wrong Vitus Bering.  The explorer lived 1691-1741, so couldn’t have received a patent of nobility in 1671.  His father’s name was Jonas, so he couldn’t have been Professor Vitus Bering’s son or grandson (since following the link on the page with the arms shows the professor’s two sons as Frederik and Peder).
