TSimple enough diocesan arms, though a gold trefoil would show up better - even if "proper’ a green shamrock doesn’t stand out on a blue field.

The personal arms would IMO do nicely enough displayed alone, but a bit busy for an impalement.  Iwo separate shields accollee or next to each other would IMO work better than an impalement, but might be confusing to parisioners who have only seen the impaled model.

Is that a golden sprig of nard that I spy?
