Hi all,

I saw a reference to an early 17th century manuscript concerning the College of Arms and colonial Virginia:

Does anyone here have access to the complete text?

Many thanks!

Not I; would be interested to see it. But note that the Council of Virginia in 1609 was the London-based governing body of the Virginia Company, not a group actually in Virginia. Just speculation, but this is probably a request for help in putting the members of the council in the correct protocol order.
