Question for those of you who have seen many more arms than I. Is anyone able to show me or direct me to a coat or crest with a hare’s head being held aloft by the ears by some animal or man? I’m trying to visualize it to sketch, but not quite there yet.

For the younger crowd who have NO idea what David is talking about "Hey Rocky, watch me pull a rabbit from my hat."
Again????
LOL!
I guess I don’t know my own strength.
I did a little looking, but haven’t found the image you’re looking for. I did find this interesting coat, however:

A mer-hare!
The German word for hare is haas. Do a google-image search for "Haas wappen"

Hmmm .... okay, none of those images show a rabbit being held by the ears. Sorry.
This is in the neighborhood:

Not forgetting the arms of the family of Hopwell, of the County of Devon in England’s West Country:
Argent, three hares playing on bagpipes gules two and one
A canting coat one would believe.
Other authorities state these could also be the arms of the family of Fitz Ercald who fell into extinction during the reign of Richard I (the Lionheart). These arms are certainly anciently quartered by the Sacheverell family of the county of Derbyshire in the Peak District who have no Hopwell connection but are supposed to have one from the Fitz Ercalds.

Are you looking for just the head or the whole rabbit?
I was hoping to find a rabbits head being held by the ears, like you might see as a magician pulls one out of his hat. The purpose would be to steal it for use as clipart or to find something close so I could make a simple sketch, all for the purpose of seeing how it looks as a crest. I’m not an artist, so seeing it would help. Stealing it for clipart would be easier. Not of this of course would be for anything other than to see how it looks. I wouldn’t be using it for anything in my final arms, that would all be done either by my own hand or an actual artist.
Thank you all for your help so far. I see there are a lot more hares in heraldry than I thought. But I wonder if I hit on something unique in a hare held aloft by the ears. As you may know, My thought was to have "a head of hare" in the crest that would be a sort of complex cant on the name Wiggins. Just putting the head there doesn’t seem interesting enough.
Baby steps.
You could find images you like and photo-cobble them:

or even use a different bunny:

The rabbit just looks so shocked in those images, Guy.
What’s shocking is that he poor guy in red looks like he sat on a hand grenade before he was placed on that helm!

Hopefully you can use these cobbled images to make your design.
