The AHS is mentioned in a NY Times article about heraldry last week, and they clearly used Joseph McMillan’s president’s series. The article is posted in the Military section of the board. Hats are off to Joe!

That last quote in the story is certainly interesting.
Michael: Thank you for posting that New York Times Heraldry article link. I was only able to use it because I subscribe to the NYT home delivery here in Southport, North Carolina. As in this forum, the NYT required me to "log in" to view the artical (or did I miss something?). Could an AHS officer who is also a NYT subscriber, go to the on-line artical; then to it’s "e-mail this" article facility; then e-mail the artical to all registered AHS members, most of whom presumedly are not NYT subscribers?
