The Parliament of Republic of Srpska has voted to assume a new pseudo-heraldic amblem for this entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the place of the much disputed coat of arms.

That looks more like a cap badge to me. Looks like it should be painted on the side of a military vehicle, not used as a national emblem.

Nenad, can you or your organization volunteer your assistance? Those people are in dire need of real heraldists!

Well, it’s not a heraldic but political question more than anything else.

No, heraldist could entangle this mess…
