I’m trying to figure out the most elegant/simple way to blazon a target roundel.  Like, for example, the symbol that Target stores use…a roundel of three concentric rings.

Dear Brad,

Just off the top of my head in passing my keyboard, why not, ‘a target of three or gules or’.  The tincture/metal first mentioned being the outermost ring (or) followed the inner ring (gules) and the centre (or).
