While watching Sesame Street with my daughter today, they presented King Ferdinand the 37th in a skit. Above him were his arms. Just something a little fun to share..

Well ... wait for it—"we’ve seen worse…"
Not bad actually for a kid’s show. If it generates some interest in a few kids’ minds, there’s plenty of time to gently guide them to a better design before they’re old enough to seriously consider adopting arms.

You beat me to it! LOL. :D
Here is the skit. If you skip to 1:55 you can see it clearly.
37th would be XXXVII
LXVIII is 68
Historically, there was a Heinrich LXVII, Prince of Reuss-Gera (1789-1867)

Likewise, for fun: The arms of King George, from ABC’s series Once Upon A Time
The Princes Reuss (all males of which are named Heinrich and have been so for about 800 years) have been to 100 at least once. The senior branch of the family (now extinct) numbered 1 to 100 in brith order and then started at 1 again.
The surviving branch (as far as I know - information from a friend who is a cousin of theirs) start at 1 each century and then number in birth order across the "clan". This means that it can take a little time for the number to be assigned. I have no idea if they have any process to deal with a tie when the Heinrich ??? Reuss of one century is still living when the next Heinrich ??? Reuss is due.
As might be expected, they are all known by by-names.

Sorry for resurrecting an old post. Since this is for fun, I thought I would try my hand at blazoning this:
Quarterly, first Or a quatrefoil azure, Second and Third Or, Fourth Gules Two roundels in pale Or, overall a cross purpure, within a bordure purpure.
Is that about right? The flower in the video it looks vert to me, but in the illustration is azure so that’s what I went with. It’s probably too easy for a lot of you to mess with, but it’s a fun exercise for me. What can you correct for me? There are some things at issue that I can see. The color of the fourth quarter is maroon, I chose to blazon it as red. The roundels are different size, but I couldn’t find a way to describe that. I may not have handled the cross and bordure properly. Any ideas?
