I’ll label this a work in progress even though just prior to this I thought I was finished. As it turns out, I am not very pleased with the helm, mantling and crest I had created. I was trying something different with a somewhat more barbaric helm and forgoing a torse in favor of having my crest look more like a wolfs head and pelt. I think where I went wrong was having the "pelt" end and transition into a more traditional cloth mantling. It seemed to be alright as a black and white vector drawing but once I colored it up, I just wasn’t pleased with the result. What I am fairly pleased with is the shield and motto scroll. I’ll present those now.

On the whole, I think it’s a nice effort. The major criticisms I have: 1) I am not a fan of the rather modern "diapering" you’ve chosen and 2) I think the entire wolf’s head ought to be in the dexter half of the shield.

I do see your point about the wolfs head. The diapering is just something I was experimenting with. Wolf’s teeth for the main portion and feathers in chief.

That is correct.
Overall I like it, and I kind of like the "modern" diapering.
