I found this pin in a parking lot (interestingly, not at a Highland Games) some years ago and never got around to posting it here. The shield itself appears to be Argent a cross Argent. There is an eagle’s head above, and crossed swords behind it and in front of the (sunburst coming through the clouds?). The whole thing is about 3.5" long.

Anyone have any idea what organization might have used this? I think I did some searching when I first found it, but came up empty-handed.
