I seem to recall that someone did take a shot at this in an earlier forum.

Yeah it got kicked around some time last year when I posted it…

Does anyone know who holds the Or, three Chevronels Gules that is repeated about a dozen times on that shield?

de Clare.  Their famous ancestor was Richard "Strongbow" de Clare, Earl of Pembroke.  Strongbow led the summer vacation cruise from Wales to Waterford, Ireland ca. 1170.  One of his vacationers was Robert le Poer.
