Agreed- the papal university’s arms are good, but the UFS arms are brilliant (but how are they blazoned?).

Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco. Though this is open to the criticism that it is really more of a logo than proper arms, in my view such a criticism is due more to the particular rendering of something that could be effectively rendered as sophisiticated heraldry.

Well its hard to say which, but to me it appears to be a half sphere topping the shield.
