Does anyone have the official blazon of, or know how to blazon the charge in the arms of Slavgorod (Mogilev oblast), Belarus?

The charge is of a Russian Orthodox church in an ancient architectural style that takes the form of a tower.

In reviewing the book Zemelnyi Gerby Rossii XII-XIX vv. (City Arms of Russia 12th-19th Centuries) by N. N. Speransov, I find that no tsarist era arms were granted to the city under any of it previous names.

After viewing this web site: http://www.nomadpartner.com/eng/orthodox.htm which shows an image of the Orthodox church in Slavograd, I have come to the conclusion that the charge in question simply represents a Russian Orthodox church in general.

Thank you.  I think these arms are new, too, and not from the czarist era, as the ones from the czarist era from the site on which I found it tend to be in the artistic style of that era.
