Dear Father,
Who did you have do the engraving? Would you be so kind as to post an image of the engraved arms as I would love to see the chalice and the engraving.
I have the chalice handy since I used it for Mass yesterday on the anniversary of my ordination and will use it this evening again for Mass on this anniversary of the day I said my first Mass. The same company who refurbished the chalice, Adrian Hamers, did the engraving. They specialize in church plate and they do not undertake work for non-clergy.

My father’s wedding ring attached to the underside of the base beneath the place where my arms are engraved. You can also see the engraving marking the chalice as originally belonging to Fr. Cletus, OSB who was ordained in 1921.
Father, thank you for posting pictures of your chalice. I love the engraving of your arms plus your father’s wedding ring added to it. The whole thing is quite beautiful.
painted on vellum, printed on exlibris, engraved on 3 differents signet rings on 2 handseals, done on several models of china, printed on a banner, EVERYWHERE
I have my arms on a signet ring and a painting by myself and Ronny Andersen and soon to have one by my very good friend Ioannis. Baz Manning did a House sign for me many moons ago. I also painted a full size shield for my son.
Wish list: Ce and I want some armorial porcelain by Xavier de Andeville,
I would like a Medvedev, a Ferguson, a Foppoli and eventually a banner.
Regrets: Not to have had my dear departed friend Daniel de Bruin produce the bookplate we often discussed or get Anthony Wood to paint my arms, however this is offset by the wedding gift he gave me of the arms of Sir John Tiptoft KG.
Guy,
A beautiful chalice! Love the engraving and especially appreciate the way your have memorialized your father (an excellent, and very personal, reminder of the communion of saints while celebrating the mass). How many years ordained is it now?
Fourteen years. Though, it seems like fourteen months at times and at others like forty-four years!
My banner, sorry for the poor quality (used my iPhone, but it’s not easy getting good pictures indoors in poor lightning).

Very nice, Claus. Who produce it for you? Can you share a link?
Wow that’s great Claus, I’m jealous.
Splendid Claus! I’d be also interested in knowing where it was created.
It was made by Halmstads flaggfabrik, http://www.flaggfabriken.se/, here in Sweden. Their prices are very reasonable.
It’s drawn by Ronny Andersen, who supplied me with a print-ready PDF-file.
Very nice banner Claus !
Very beautiful Claus. Where do you hang it?
At the moment, it’s just standing in my sitting room, waiting for me to decide on a more permanent place for it…
