The coat of arms of Bishop James Conley, installed today as bishop of Lincoln, NE. His personal arms were assumed several years ago when he became auxiliary of Denver.

Agreed—and IMO especially nice to see him retain the personal arms previously assumed, rather than changing coats (of arms) with every new office.
