Like this, dear Michael, i.e. - absolutely! Symbolism? A kitty (baby-"bars" (white leopard)) as a Lord’s gift. The stone stands for St. Petersburg’s stone embankments and St. Peter and St. Paul Fortress, founded by Peter the Great as a corner-stone of the City (the armiger served in this fortress-museum some time ago and now she serves in the State Hermitage). She studies St. Pete’s archaeology:) Peter=stone. Azure - the waters of Neva-river. The motto is "ON THE STONES". The arms of St. Pete’s native:)
