Altough not strictly a St. Andrew’s Society but as there is a Scottish connection I include here the Arms of the Catawba Valley Scottish Society. The Society has its seat in Huntersville, NC.
As the pictures could not been seen anymore here is some new pictures:

Oh great. Now what’s the St. Andrews Society of Phoenix supposed to use?
Are those supposed to be sprigs of the cotton bush?

No, that’s dogwood, but I would have expected Atlanta to use Cherokee roses, the Georgia state flower:

Which looks remarkably like

How heraldic could you get?
I guess cotton would have a certain Confederate irredentist quality, wouldn’t it?

Many, maybe all, of these arms appear to be Lyon Court grants. The use of the sallet and the general style of the paintings are give-aways. Unfortunately I doubt that Lords Lyon are any more expert on US flora than I am so presumably the suggestion for dogwood came from the Atlanta society.
It certainly seems to have been the case that the Lyon Court is quite happy to treat St Andrew’s Societies as sufficiently connected to Scotland to come under their remit. The Sao Paulo society arms shown on another thread are also a Scottish grant and I have a copy of the arms granted by Lyon to the society in Bangkok.
Before anyone protests
Not one for the AHS awards, though it wouldn’t take too much to clean it up a bit.

Arian asked -
"Now what’s the St. Andrews Society of Phoenix supposed to use?"
May I suggest perhaps -
"Or, a phoenix proper, on a chief azure a saltire argent".

I’d suggest a phoenix Gules, just for clarity.

The St. Andrews Society of Washington, DC (of which I am a member—at least I am if I remembered to send in my dues ) and whose arms appear earlier in the thread is also a Lyon grant. So is the St. Andrews Society of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, whose arms appear in Mark Dennis’s little booklet on Scottish heraldry issued by the HSS. I seem to recall that it shows the Scottish St. Andrews cross dimidiating the Alabama St. Andrews cross, with a chaplet of thistles over all.
