    Gore Roll of Arms, impaling "Gules a cross flory Argent," for Latimer. The beasts on the painting in the Gore Roll are not clearly identifiable; Bolton, following Whitmore, calls them beavers, apparently based on the similar arms of an English family of the same name. Bolton and Whitmore erroneously blazon the trefoils as fleurs-de-lis Or.
